How do I qualify for free shipping?

Our customers receive free shipping on every purchase.

How do I track my order?

When your order is processed through shipping, you will receive an electronic copy of your invoice via email where you will find your tracking number. If you do not see one, please contact us for assistance. If you have placed your order with us online, you will be sent a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. You can also check your order status by looking under My Account once you are logged into our online store.

When will my order be delivered?

How much will it cost to ship my order?

When placing your order online, you will see the shipping cost during checkout. You can then choose your desired shipping speed and see the associated cost. We offer free shipping on every purchase!

 An item is missing from my shipment. What do I do?

If you are missing small tools, please check inside the plastic film core that your film is wrapped around. Sometimes we package small tools inside the film core to get all of your order in one box. If you're still unable to locate your missing item or items, please contact us immediately.

When will my order ship?

We will ship your order the same day it is placed unless we receive your order after 3:00PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time will ship out the following business day. Any orders placed after the cut off time on a Friday or weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will ship out the following Monday.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us if you would like to initiate a return.

How do I return an item and receive a refund?

No questions asked 30 day money back guarantee (Shipping cost is not included). Please return the defective/damaged item back to us for a replacement or a full refund. You must return all of the material for which you are seeking credit. For example, if you return 50 percent of a roll of film, you will receive a 50 percent refund. Do not destroy or discard any film that you want to return. If you are dissatisfied with the roll, we will also cover your return freight costs. We will provide you a Fedex Return Shipping Label to your email. Please provide us your email, name, address, phone number and brief description of reason for a return to our email at sales@lexenauto.com. Allow 1-2 weeks for a refund to go through.

Warranty

How do I validate my warranty?

You must completely fill out and retain this warranty and present it, together with proof of purchase and photo of defective tinted window on the vehicle to validate your warranty.

We only reimburse the tint material and labor cost excluding labor cost for tint removal.

Window Film Care: Maintenance should be followed to extend the life and appearance of your Lexen Automotive Film, as well as maintain your warranty coverage. Do not roll down tinted windows for a period of 3 days until the film has properly adhered to the glass. Do not use abrasive cleaner or coarse cloths. Use a mild soap or widow cleaner without ammonia in it and clean with soft cloth.

The installer is solely responsible for the quality of the installation on your vehicle.

Lexen Window Film Limited Lifetime Warranty

Lexen.llc provides a limited Lifetime warranty including peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, delamination and unusual change of color (i.e.-purple) from original date of installation, This warranty is for the original customer and is non-transferable. This warranty is valid only when the products are used in compliance with all applicable state or provincial laws. Installation of this product in a manner that violates state or provincial law is a misuse of the product and voids all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability.
